CTC VP500

The CTC VasoPress VP500 pump produces automatically timed cycles of compressed air that forces blood out of the deep veins helping to  prevent stasis. A burst of air is delivered to the garment that is wrapped around either the thigh, calf or foot. A selection of garments is available depending upon the type of surgical procedure and the clinician’s preference.

Safety

Each pump provides visual and audible alarm cues. The recommended pressure setting is clearly indicated, but each pump allows for clinician modifications.

Ease-of-Use
Hooks on the back of the pump conveniently swing out and attach securely to most footboards.

Lightweight
All pump models are under 6.5 lbs, making them easy to maneuver.

Patient Comfort
All pump models are quiet and non-distracting. The garments are made of breathable fabric, reducing heat build-up and creating a comfortable, secure fit for the patient.
